Whether you are struggling with something that is happening currently, or feel impacted by past events, working together in this way can help you gain clarity on what is important to you, help you to find your solutions, help you feel less alone, or simply help you to feel better in yourself.
I work with adults of all ages, identities and backgrounds. I am trained in bereavement support and am experienced in working with people with a wide range of life difficulties.
When we work together, I will be guided by you on the direction therapy takes, and will draw on different therapeutic approaches, depending on what is useful to you.
