I am an experienced counsellor working with adults of all ages who are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or significant life transitions such as becoming a parent, adapting to the menopause or coping with getting older and retirement. You may be feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure why things feel so hard right now. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your experience, including thoughts or feelings that may feel hard to share elsewhere. Together we can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I offer specialist counselling for women at key transitions in their lives, including parenthood, the menopause and retirement. I am able to support with women's health, fertility issues, antenatal and postnatal depression and anxiety, and the emotional challenges of being a parent.
