I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience supporting children of all ages and adults as they navigate a wide range of emotional health challenges. I work alongside individuals and families to improve their life experience and tailor support according to their unique needs and circumstances. My approach is integrative, informed by principles from a range of therapies for mind, body, and relationships.
Drawing on a broad and varied training background, I specialise in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) 'Practitioner becoming certified in DDP' and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) 'EMDR Therapist' with children and adults. I’m committed to trauma-informed, relationship-focused work that promotes resilience and connection.
At the heart of my approach is the creation of safe, supportive spaces where individuals and families can explore their inner resources and the relational difficulties they face. Therapy is guided by a knowledge that when the body and mind feel safe and supported, healing and growth can often unfold naturally.
