Counselling can help you to understand and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. We will explore what you’re finding difficult, and unpack this further. I offer a safe and confidential space, where you can talk openly, and feel listened to without judgement. Are you, your teen or child struggling emotionally? Have you suffered a bereavement, or is anxiety taking control? I can offer you a space where you can begin to express yourself, and process what’s going on for you. Counselling can help you with relationships, communication and self worth, it can help you build self awareness, and in turn help you to make changes.
I offer counselling to adults, children and young people. I have 14 years of experience in this area. If you are struggling emotionally, or with self - harm, suicidal thoughts, low mood, depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, we can work together. I am led by you as my client, we would work together to explore and find better ways to manage.
Life can be challenging, it can be overwhelming, you may not be able to work out a way to move forwards, this is where counselling can help. To express your feelings with another can seem nerve wracking, but I want to reassure you that feelings of anxiety when contacting a counsellor are completely normal. If things are difficult please do get in touch.
