Feel free to be in touch by email to arrange a short conversation to see if we are a good fit to work together, or simply to book an appointment. We would aim to get a sense of how your difficulties have come about and consider how we can work together to make a difference, relieve your distress and symptoms, make behavioural changes, and collaborate to support you to move forward in the direction you want to go in life.
Having trained in person centred, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapies, and EMDR – an evidence based, trauma focussed approach, adapted for a range of difficulties – I aim to listen to your story to explore ways to work together. I have practiced in NHS talking therapies, teaching in higher education, and in the military health service in the past.
Having heard your story and reason for seeking help, I will draw on the range of therapeutic approaches I have available to support you, individually, towards your goals and aspirations. You are welcome to contact me to see if I am a good person to work with you and to work towards creative and real change.
