I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I have many years of experience working with a diverse range of people and whatever they choose to bring to their therapy. I aim to help you feel like you are living more authentically, lightened from the burden of carried anxieties, identity issues, addictive behaviours and loss. A psychodynamic approach is a space to explore and challenge yourself. The key to effective therapy is the therapeutic relationship and paying that careful attention, helps in how you relate to others.
