About
More and more people are finding that counselling can help them discover their own path or journey through what can seem like a maze of issues, decisions and choices. It can help them to understand what is happening in relationships at difficult times so that they can regain a sense of meaning, balance and control in their lives.
I can help by listening and helping the client to understand themselves better, to become more self aware, to gain insight in to why some things and relationships work for them and need to be developed, while other things don't and should be dropped.
I would really like to help you if you can commit yourself to regular meetings and that you have an openness to sharing your journey with a professional guide who is eager to support you.
