Hi, my name is Rimpy Sandhu. I have been working in my private practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist for 13 years . I know it can be very scary and difficult to talk about your issues, revisit those painful memories. Sometimes it’s hard to recognise and express your own feelings. I offer a professional, supportive, confidential, non judgmental and ethical therapy in order to help with your presenting issues. Counselling helps you to understand yourself and to find coping strategies to deal with the day to day difficulties you might be facing.
I am a BACP registered and experienced psychotherapist working with a wide range of issues which include anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, anger management, bereavement and parenting skills. I offer the first short session for free so that clients have the opportunity to decide if I am the right therapist for them.
Whether you are struggling with difficult life issues or wanting to make changes in your life, I tailor the counselling sessions to suit your own personal needs. This is your space.
