Life can be tough at times and sometimes we need a bit of help to manage. I offer psychological assessment and intervention for children, young people and adults. I have specialist expertise in working with long term health conditions including, dermatology (e.g. acne, eczema, alopecia, hair pulling, skin picking and genetic skin diseases), weight management, diabetes, endocrine disorders, respiratory, renal and cardiac issues, amongst others.
In my NHS job at St Thomas Hospital, I have won the Quality in Care award in Dermatology (2021) for the psychological input I provide. I also offer support for a wide range of mental health issues e.g. anxiety, panic disorder, depression and bereavement. I currently offer appointments online. I am also available for clinical supervision.
