Hi, I’m a trauma-informed Counsellor, an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Therapist, yoga teacher and a Mindfulness practitioner I specialise in working with people who have been through psychological trauma, PTSD and difficult experiences. I also provided Clinical Supervision
