My specialism is working with couples & individuals who are repeating painful patterns, in their relationships, their friendships and family. I work to help individuals and couples to understand what is in the roots of their conflicts.
I help individuals explore feelings of anger, rejection, disappointment and betrayal.
Low self esteem and self image can lie behind many of our behaviours, choices and reactions. I help individuals explore what lies behind their insecurities and I help individuals explore their authentic selves and uniqueness, as well as helping individuals identify future possibilities.
I draw upon Jungian concepts and Parts Work theory to help individuals understand themselves and their relationships with others.
These models can be helpful for exploring many areas, including confidence in dating, within the workplace and within social settings. They can help you understand why you may struggle with anxiety, social anxiety and self image.
I have a genuine passion for and belief in Jungian Analysis, Parts Work Theory, TA & EMDR. I love to combine these models to help individuals gain greater self understanding, changing their life scripts to meet more authentic needs & full potential.
I love working with individuals & couples to understand their fears and create hope.
I welcome your message!
