I help clients with difficulties including depression, anxiety, sleep, relationship issues, stress, bereavement, loss and living with long term physical health conditions. I use cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and attachment theory to gain an understanding of the issues you are bringing to therapy. I also offer EMDR - a specialised and effective therapy to treat trauma, and other difficulties.
My room is located on the outskirts of Stokesley, with easy access from the A19 and neighbouring towns such as Middlesbrough, Nunthorpe and Redcar, with parking and wheelchair access. I also offer online therapy, and group psycho-educational seminars on a number of topics. My clinic runs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings/early afternoons.
