I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and provide a friendly, warm, confidential, accepting environment to enable you to work through the things that may be troubling you. Issues such as Depression, Bereavement, Anxiety, Abuse, Addictions, Sexual Abuse, Grief, Stress, Trauma, Low Self Esteem or Relationship Issues. I also work as an EMDR therapist, EMDR can be used effectively to treat a wide range of issues. EMDR offers a way of precessing painful memories without re-traumatising or reliving the event. I trained at The Sherwood Institute and at Nottingham University, my supervision was an endorsed BACP course. EMDR Academy. I have worked with various organisations including NHS service, Nottingham Rape Crisis, The Topaz Centre, Carers Federation. I am an accreditited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
