Finding a new counsellor can be daunting, so have a read of my profile and how I work, to see if you feel we could work together. You are welcome to contact me for more information. I offer a professional, confidential and friendly therapeutic space for you to explore what is troubling you. Sessions will be f-2-f/online in a warm and safe environment where you can bring any subject you wish to discuss without fear of judgment. Counselling can lead to self discovery, confidence and understanding, helping you to come to your own decisions, feel improved moods and discover a new, brighter, happier way of being.
I have extensive experience in individual therapy and couples/relationship work. I also have vast experience working with survivors of childhood sexual/physical/mental abuse, as well as many other issues. With time our counselling relationship will develop trust and mutual respect and therefore you may be able to explore more about what is troubling you.
In the first instance I offer a 30 min free consultation so that we can meet, talk through what happens, you can ask questions and ultimately see if we would like to work together. I will explain contracting , confidentiality and how counselling works so you can make an informed choice. Hopefully that first contact will help you to feel at ease.
