Hello, I run a counselling service located in Watford Town Centre. Myself and my team of Counsellors are professionally trained to work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, over thinking, low self-esteem, self destructive behaviours, negative self image, lack of confidence and the affects of trauma. All our therapists are fully qualified and registered with the BACP. We provide a confidental, supportive environment for our clients to grow and explore their thoughts and feelings. We help them work through their issues, develop new coping skills, build stronger relationships and start moving forward with their lives.
You may have been struggling with something for a while, or it maybe something has happened recently and left you overwhelmed and lost. You may not feel able to talk to friends or family about what you are feeling which can leave you feeling alone. Our counsellors are here to help. We have appointments available with no waiting lists starting next week.
