Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what’s going on in your life.
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. Together, we can gently explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace, helping you gain clarity, self-understanding and a sense of direction.
I have over 10 years’ experience working with learning disabilities and autism, and I adapt my approach to ensure counselling is accessible, flexible and tailored to your individual needs.
I focus on understanding what it’s like to be you. When you feel safe, accepted and understood, growth and meaningful change become possible. I have particular experience supporting clients of colour and adults with learning disabilities and autism, as well as those navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self‑esteem and general life challenges
Taking the first step can be the hardest part. If you’re considering counselling, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can see if I feel like the right fit for you, with no obligation.
Alongside counselling work, I am also a qualified clinical supervisor and offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors.
