It starts with a hello...but I know that starting the conversation can be difficult at times. Life brings its share of challenges but no one needs to suffer in isolation. I am here to walk this journey with you, so you can become a better version of yourself. I am a firm believer that not everyone experiences even the same issue the same way. Therefore, being flexible in dealing with the differing needs of clients, is a necessary skill I have honed over the years.

My experience, knowledge and training have given me the ability to support clients on a wide range of issues including, abuse and depression. Currently I operate an online and telephone service for those unable to engage face to face, due to distance or lack of confidence.
Taking the first step on this journey might be painful but it is this first step that will lead to restoration, healing and wholeness. I will be by your side. I work with a deep level of empathy and trustworthiness so you can share with the utmost confidence.
