About
You may be struggling to manage your worries, thoughts and feelings or behaviours, possibly as a result of a crisis such as a bereavement, loss of a job or difficulties in a relationship. You might feel you are lacking in confidence, that life is getting on top of you and you'd like someone to talk to...someone who will also support you to manage those difficult feelings and help you to find ways to feel better.
I am a caring, accepting and understanding counsellor, offering one to one sessions in a private and comfortable room near Barnsley town centre. I offer all clients a safe and quiet environment in which to explore whatever is troubling them.
Whether you need short or long term support, weekly or fortnightly sessions, I can hopefully accommodate you... I have availability during the daytime and evenings as well as Saturdays... contact me to discuss an initial appointment by phone or email.
