Whether walking through woodlands, tending to flower or vegetable beds, sitting quietly in a field or under shelter in my polytunnel, or even resting in the familiar surroundings of your own garden, together we can create a setting that feels right for you.
Drawing on 20 years of Neurodivergent and Trauma-Informed support, I bring understanding, care, and flexibility to each session. My background in Health & Wellbeing Coaching offers a holistic approach to support mind, body, and self and working with the breath and body somatic, I help nurture the natural connection between body, self and the natural world.
Through my career, I have come to value the many different ways people process, regulate, and connect.
