I believe that as human beings we have the necessary abilities to face our difficulties. However when something interrupts this process, often during childhood, we get stuck in some fixed patterns of behaviour and beliefs about ourselves. As a Gestalt therapist, through the exploration of past events and how they are experienced in the present, I aim to raise awareness on how these patterns are still affecting your present life.

Mine is a holistic approach which is tailored to meet your specific needs. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where together we can explore the reasons that have led you here. If you have any questions about my practice I will be happy to have an informal chat with you on the phone before you make an appointment. My consulting rooms are in SW12 and W1.
