As an integrative counsellor, I blend person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and existential approaches to suit your needs. We can explore past experiences, current thought patterns and deeper questions, building self-awareness and practical coping strategies. I also offer supportive clinical supervision to help counsellors reflect, grow and build confidence.
