I appreciate you pausing here - I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people, parents or their families but can support anyone living with feelings of low self-esteem, overwhelm/burn out, stress, anxiety/panic, chronic trauma or imposter syndrome. I’m also a parent of school-age children so understand how tough those stages can be too. My practice is person-centred, neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist and anti-oppressive. My pronouns are she/her.

I offer back and forth discussion, laughter and celebration of positives, with no painful silences. I work collaboratively to share power, exploring situations and feelings with you. I aim to offer you a safe, negotiated space where you can be your authentic self. I will be non-judgemental, calm and open to all that you are experiencing or have experienced.
