You may be struggling at the moment with relationships or life in general. I work existentially and like all therapists, I work with a wide range of issues. However, I specialise in people who have experienced narcissistic abuse, relational trauma or CPTSD, female autism, boarding school survivors and weight loss. I work from a non-diagnostic, non-pathologising, highly attuned and supportive framework.
We can start by processing past experiences of trauma, bullying, and confusing relationships and then help you build a sense of self and purpose in life.
