I offer Counselling & Life Coaching, for Menopause to help at a time when your body is undergoing many changes; It is important to take care of your mental and emotional well-being. I offer one-on-one support; you learn skills and techniques to help practically with menopause symptoms enabling you to regain control of your thoughts and emotions.
Working with Couples and persons who have experienced; trauma, bullying or abuse. I work with Adult Aspergers & provide a safe space for clients to feel heard. Providing techniques to understand self and break old thought patterns, rebuild ways to communicate, create coping strategies. Never be defined by past experiences, be defined by who you can become.
