I have more than 15 years working with adults and young people. I have worked with people from a diverse background. I am non-judgemental, acceptance and transparent. I understand how different cultures and languages can generate a unique way of working with the clients and helping them achieve their goals that are in line with their cultural background. My speciality is mental health and drugs and alcohol problems. I also have a wide experience of working with bereavement/loss and trauma caused by all sort of abuse.
I have a strong passion for working with clients to make them feel better and out of pain. Talking about your difficulties and pain can be challenging. However, I will teach you the skills and techniques to address your difficulties with an aim to change things around. I am appraochable, non-judgment, understaning and caring. There is always HOPE
The first step is always difficult but HOPE is about believing in your inner resources and take the first step. The rest will be teamwork between myself and you working toward empowering you to be in control of your life and future.
