Hi, my name is Rosanna and I'm an experienced Counselling Psychologist specialising in mental health and offering face to face and online psychological therapy to adults. I have over twelve years experience working with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues.
I offer face to face therapy based in Kings Langley (Hertfordshire) or online or telephone sessions for UK wide clients. Alongside my private practice I am also employed as a Psychologist working for an NHS Adult community mental health team specialising in psychotherapy.
I specialise in relational and attachment based models of therapy, specifically psychodynamic and mentalisation based therapy. In this type of therapy we focus on exploring your thoughts and feelings, making links between present and present and increasing your depth of self understanding.
