My young clients suffer with depression, anxiety & PTSD, they tend to have a sense of not belonging. Through the build up of the therapeutic relationship, they will need empathic understanding from me & perhaps come CBT coping strategies depending on their presenting issues & most importantly, a sense of feeling heard. The goal is to work together to alleviate their suffering & aim towards making some sort of change in their lives to move past their issues.
I am trained in a range of different therapies & will cater my approach depending on my clients issues. I tend to work spiritually & have had a lot of experience working with people aged 11-30 suffering with mental health & loss, amongst other life issues.
I offer video sessions at the cost of £75 per session.
I can offer you a warm, listening ear and a safe space to explore yourself and the reason you may have come to therapy. All contact would be strictly confidential and treated with respect at all times. I tend to work spiritually with my clients, as I believe that connection & a successful therapeutic relationship is vital in bringing change for the client.
