I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to feel heard and welcomed as you are. We can talk if that is most comfortable to you, but I also offer Arts Psychotherapy using a number of different art forms to connect with your intuition and inner resources. You do not need to have any experience with or be "good" at art.
I recognise that choosing to start therapy can feel like an unknown and unnerving process. I offer an initial consultation so that you can get a feel for me and how we might work together. I invite you to come and recover your true self and tap into your innate creativity. Central London in person sessions on Tuesdays + online Mondays - Wednesdays.
