This can often be linked to pressures in the workplace or caring roles, leaving you feeling exhausted or disconnected. I see my practice as a space to make sense of these experiences.
Since 2012, I have supported groups and individuals to facilitate change in their own lives as well as their communities. I have worked as a creative health practitioner in multiple sectors. I have a breadth of experince supporting people aged 14 +.Working with people to explore difficulty, identity and emotions is something I have breadth of experience in.
