Hi, I’m Roz Jenkins and I’m a Psychological Therapist offering compassionate and individualised psychological therapy in the Stockport area and beyond through working online.
When you’re struggling with life it can be hard to know where to start with reaching out for support and expressing yourself when you are talking to others. From personal experience of reaching out to therapists it can be difficult to know who is the right person for you.
My priority from your first contact with me until our final appointment is to make you feel safe and supported to work together to make sense of and treat the issues you are facing.
I specialise in treating adults (age 18+), using a compassion focused approach, who have experienced trauma and adverse life events, low self-confidence, depression and anxiety related difficulties, and specialise in working with neurodivergent clients. I offer a range of therapy approaches, including CBT and EMDR.
