Hello and welcome! I’m Roz and I am an experienced Pluralistic Counsellor, providing online therapy. I have also worked in creative industries and love working with and nurturing creative minds. Our sense of self is coloured by our early experiences and often determines our adult choices, emotional reactions and internal dialogue. We absorb and adapt to the difficulties of our caregivers and circumstances, often filtered through previous generations of adversity.
