Hi my name is Rosa and I love to tailor a therapy for my clients, my holistic approach does not merely focus exclusively on your thinking style. Working with me will allow you to reconnect your mind body and soul so it becomes easier to understand unhelpful thinking styles which may be triggering anxiety and in turn lower your physical and emotional well-being.
I have a very direct approach with my clients, therefore at the end of each session I provide my clients with material related to what we explored in that session. This helps clients to build self-awareness. This is generally achieved with psycho-education and new thinking styles are challenged with suitable CBT tools.
I love to see my clients flourish in their unique self and build up strength in decision making, boundaries, self compassion, self love and many other wonderful values important to be kinder with themselves. Self-love, self-respect, self-worth There is a reason why they all start with self.
