About
I am a friendly, down-to-earth therapist, passionate about the healing work of psychotherapy in its different forms. One of my main aims is to build a therapeutic relationship offering a safe, confidential and relaxing space where you can explore whatever may be on your mind, in your own time, helping you gain a greater understanding of yourself an achieve a greater sense of well being. Alongside my formal training, I draw from a broad life experience including motherhood, growing up abroad and a career as a professional musician for the past 18 years, as well as my own therapeutic journey.
I hold a diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapy. I also have an interest in creative therapies, especially SandPlay therapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which I have found to be very powerful tools to use at times when its difficult to express our feelings and emotions in words.
