The Counselling that I offer will be built around your needs, desires and areas of interest. I am looking to build a safe and trusting relationship where you can bring your whole self including the parts of you that possibly you hide away from others.
I help by allowing you to closely examine what's troubling you with the aim to increase your capacity for self compassion, counteracting feelings of blame, shame and judgement. My aim is to help you feel safe and to encourage you towards living a life that you value.
If you spend a lot of time with questions, doubt, shame, guilt or distress, I will provide a safe space to unpick and work through all of this and more. I look forward to hearing from you with any questions and queries about how counselling will be helpful for you.
