My main focus to to support you to overcome self-limiting behaviours in order to live a more fulfilling life and to accompany you on a journey of self-discovery within a confidential and safe setting.
One of my main interests is helping people to improve their relationships, whether they are romantic ones or general interpersonal relationships. With this comes the natural need for dealing with anxiety and associated emotional stressors that may obstruct healthy relationships, including unhealthy repeated patterns of interaction.
