Step by step, I will walk you toward the goals that you chose for yourself and help you overcome depression, anxiety, fear, family issues, low self esteem, couples issues and other emotional and cognitive difficulties so that you can use your full potential.
I work with adults, adolescents and couples using different techniques and approaches such as Integrative Psychotherapy (the most flexible approach), Systemic and Family Therapy (most recommended approach for couples and family issues) and IPT (known to be faster than medication in mild to moderate depression).
