I am an integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and drama therapist. I work with adolescents and adults, and have done so for over 15 years. This ranges from schools, health care settings, ranging from Norwood Children & Family Centres, Shaftsbury High School (special needs) and within the NHS at The Kingswood Centre. In addition, during the last 5 years, I have developed my private practice in which I have worked with clients with a wide variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self– confidence, low self–esteem, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, sexuality and self– harm.
