Rose is very experienced with a wide range of issues affecting children and their families from anxiety, affecting all aspects of their lives, to specific worries, for example school worries, getting to sleep , getting on with friends. I help the young people who are neurodiverse, those with gender issues and those living with a medical issues or a traumatic loss or change in the family. I promote family harmony by working with both the child or young person and their parents. I try to help them to find what interests them and to find a way of managing all aspects of their world so that they can feel happier and positive.
I offer a range of art, music and creative expression, or sometimes we just talk in a trusted confidential space. i work in my own home. sometimes my little therapy dog can join and provide comfort. It is my job to understand and help the child or young person to understand what has been difficult and what they need to feel safer and happier in their lives.
