Relational psychodynamic therapy is a talking therapy that is collaborative and invites you to be curious. Together we think about how your past relationships and early experiences may be shaping the way you feel, relate, cope and see yourself. We pay attention to not only what you think consciously but also to unconscious patterns and attachment processes
