I support clients through some of the toughest seasons in their lives. People often come to me with challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, or high stress. I also work extensively with both men and women around anger management, trauma, boundary setting, and addiction, helping them navigate these issues with compassion and clarity.
My priority is creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel they can truly be themselves. That’s often the starting point,having a place to be heard without fear of criticism. From there, we work together to develop practical, real-world strategies that empower clients to move forward and build the life they want beyond their immediate challenge
I believe that each person is unique, with their own mix of talents, gifts, and struggles. By taking time to understand the whole individual, I aim to help clients harness their strengths and work through their difficulties. My role is to support them in writing their own story and leaving their mark on the world in a way that feels authentic and meaningful
