50-minute sessions are confidential, non-judgemental, and paced around you. I won’t tell you what to do. What I will do is help you understand and make sense of what’s going on underneath - the feelings, patterns, the things that keep pulling you back, so you can start to bring about change (emotional and physical) and move forward with your life.
I know what recovery takes, not just in theory, but from the inside, and I have over 25 year's in recovery. I’m an integrative therapist, and use approaches including person-centred therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, and emotional freedom. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
