Having originally trained to work with adults, I undertook further training to work with children & young people from 11-25 years old. As a counsellor and therapist, my role is to assist young people to recognise their potential & worries. And promote their ability to be reflective and solve the problems they face in a safe and confidential space.
We spend so much of our time in the past, we almost miss the gift of today. Acknowledging the problem, and taking the first steps towards counselling and therapy can be the most important one you take towards being healthy in body and mind.
