About
I work as a Therapist in Stroud and Cheltenham with Adults, Individuals, Couples, Counselling offers a safe and supportive confidential space, an opportunity to explore what is most important to you, through this process subtle change can start to take place. Issues such as anxiety, relationship, family issues, bereavement, social anxiety, loss, depression. you may be feeling stuck or at a cross roads unsure of what direction to take you have a feeling of anticipation yet you are not able to move with it.
I use the Person- Centred approach and integrate this with an element of solution focused therapy which I have found is very helpful to clients. I draw on many years of work experience working with Family Lives ( Registered Charity) and also working for NHS2gether Trust providing 1:1 therapy as a Recovery Coach all giving me very useful resources
