Welcome to CBT Glasgow. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 23 years’ experience. I specialise in complex trauma and work with all mood disorders including anxiety and phobias, depression, low self esteem and stress.
I provide a welcoming space where you will be listened to, assessed and treated.
I have over 12 years’ experience in NHS with 7 years full time as a Trauma Therapist with 21 years’ private client work.
I offer a space for you talk about your issue with confidence and professional empathy. My aim is to listen to and formulate your problem in order to create a treatment that we both agree to. Treatment can be short, up to 6 sessions, or could last somewhat longer for more complex issues. I aim to provide you with the opportunity to explore and recover well.
