Offering a non judgemental, compassionate and supportive space I commit to ensuring you have control of the pace and subject matter you bring, and to work with you to find new perspectives, build trust in your own judgement and a stronger sense of self. With experience in hospital, private residential units, charitable organisations and private clients, with adolescents, young adults and adults or varying genders, I work with long and short term clients.
Trained in the person centred modality, my belief is you are born with innate abilities. Life experiences may have left you with low self esteem, lack of a sense of who you are, no trust in your own judgement, anxiety, depression, anger or lack of motivation. With significant reflections this will begin to change.
Clients often note they have never really been heard, had someone be there for them, and been allow them the space to reflect on their personal life experiences. The unique relationship built in our therapy will ensure you feel held and supported working through minor or major moments that have been significant to you.
