My practice offers you a safe, supportive and confidential space where we can gently look at what is troubling you. We will explore together making gentle change. I work with a range of presentations: individual & relationship including psychosexual presentations as a psychosexual psychotherapist. My approach is Integrative (combine approaches and modalities). I work with both Individuals and with Couples / Thrupples or polycules. My practice is open to all seeking therapy regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race or age and I have training and CPD working with GSRD, LGBTQA and Neurodivergent clients (ADHD, ASD & AuDHD).
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I am UKCP, BACP and COSRT (student) registered. I come with many years experience working with an array of presenting difficulties. As a couples therapist we can work together on communication, affairs, sex therapy, menopause, post-partum issues amongst other issues the couple are navigating.
Together, we can explore and unpick some of the uncomfortable feelings and behaviors that are causing you distress and difficulty, we can make sense of patterns and processes and draw on tools and interventions that can give relief from your distress. With couple work, we can explore the working dynamics of your relationship and look to make lasting change.
