My practice is underpinned by psychodynamic and group analytic thinking. This way of working can be particularly helpful for those seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves and build more robust personal resources.

I will support you to enable you to understand and notice more about yourself, your ways of relating and patterns of behaviour. Through this gradual and unravelling process, change can begin to emerge as you make different choices, develop your resources, and find your own way of moving forward to create positive shifts in your life & relationships.
