I work in Central London in W1 and SW7, and West London, W6, as a Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist & Counsellor, and I am trauma-informed (UKCP, MBACP, EATA, IARTA). My approach is integrated to suit the individual and I am passionate about empowering my clients to transform the quality of their lives and relationships.
I work with individuals, couples and groups in W1, W6, and SW7. I offer clients an initial 20min consultation where you can discuss your challenges with me online to see if you like the sound of the way that I work. Then, we can agree to a full session either short-term or longer-term contracts to-suit. We can work at a pace that suits you.

Psychotherapy Group - Stress, Anxiety & Depression
An online community for individuals to attend and witness each other, and to contribute as and when comfortable, to share their experiences, stresses and mental health challenges, in a confidential safe space. The group will be ‘held‘ by a BACP Registered Relational Transactional Analysis therapist, and regular attendees will enjoy the healing power of being part of a private therapeutic group. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn evidence-based, takeaway tools to use at home, to feel grounded, present, and to enhance their well-being.
