Hello, my name is Roberta Richmond I am a BACP and COSRT Accredited Counsellor with almost 20 years of experience as a therapist. I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. While working as a counsellor, I have helped many individuals with a wide range of issues, including depression, bereavement, addiction, anxiety, trauma and abuse. I have completed specialised trainings so that I have the necessary skills to work with relationships, as well as post graduate training in psychosexual therapy from Tavistock London.
In my work as a counsellor it is really important to me to make you feel at ease, so that you can use our therapy sessions to talk about whatever you need to. This means that throughout our counselling sessions, I’ll be listening carefully to what you tell me, and gradually helping you to make sense of what you’re feeling, so that you can move on with life.
