About
I understand that the decision to enter counselling is not easy but sometimes we need to help ourselves, speak with someone and find a way to improve our quality of life. I believe that counselling is often the most effective way for you to solve problems or issues in your life. I am a fully qualified Person Centered Counsellor and I believe we are all human beings of equal value. We all deserve somebody who will hear us and understand what that means on our deepest level, and who will accept us without judgement
I offer a non-directive and non- judgmental atmosphere in my sessions. I also understand how important it is to maintain confidentiality during our counselling sessions. I am experienced in short-term, medium term and open-ended therapy. We can discuss what approach you feel is best for you at our first meeting
Over the last years, I have worked in a counselling environment in a variety of charitable organisation. Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, Barnardos –Solihull, Barnardos Coventry& Warwickshire Children’s Rights Service. For the last years I work as a counsellor in One Recovery – now Humankind in Tamworth.
